COVID-19 Policy for In-person Workshops
VentureWell’s goal is to maintain a positive experience and ensure the continued health, safety, and well-being of our innovator community. In order to attend the in-person workshop and mitigate risks of the spread of COVID-19, participants must agree to comply with VentureWell’s COVID-19 policy, including:
This policy is subject to change with the introduction of additional public health guidelines from local, state, and federal authorities, as well as changing venue requirements. Any policy updates will be communicated in a timely manner.

Health monitoring and symptom reporting
During check-in each day of the workshop, a VentureWell staff member will ask each participant if they are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19. Participants will be asked to not attend if they are experiencing any of the following:
In the event of participant illness during the VentureWell workshop, the participant shall:
VentureWell requires each participant to wear a face mask, regardless of vaccination status, during all indoor activities even where social distancing practices allow, except when actively eating or drinking. Face masks must cover the mouth and nose at all times. All
VentureWell staff are expected to follow and model compliance. It is the responsibility of all staff members in attendance at the event to act as “compliance officers” to monitor and ensure masks are worn properly at all times.
Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test Result
VentureWell requires each participant to provide proof of a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test in the prior 24-48 hours. Test results from earlier than 48 hours prior to the workshop start will not be accepted. No one will be admitted to the workshop without proof. VentureWell will not collect or store your test results, but rather will view your results and make a note in our records that we attest to your proof of a negative COVID-19 test result. Proof consists of either the test result itself or a photo of the test result shown on your phone.
If you test positive, you are unable to attend the E-Team workshop. In the event you test positive for COVID-19 prior to the VentureWell workshop, you should:
