Teaching Design and Innovation Online

Bringing design and innovation tools and approaches into an online classroom is no small feat. However, like many faculty, Raja Schaar, Assistant Professor and Program Director of Product Design at Drexel University, and Nathanial Stern, Professor of Art & Design/Mechanical Engineering at the Peck School of Art at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, were recently faced with the challenge of quickly pivoting to virtualize their design classes.

During this webinar, our faculty speakers will share the challenges of losing fabrication facilities, field trips, live demos, and on-paper critique. They'll discuss the tools and approaches they've used to adapt to these challenges, and the lessons they've learned along the way.
